Membership   Responsible for the recruitment of new members and the growth and retention of current members.  Membership Committee members will be involved with new member orientations, hospitality at the monthly meetings, and reaching out to new prospective members.  This is a great committee in which you can meet community leaders. Communications Responsible for all communications elements for the organization.  The committee designs and publishes our magazines, annual Roster, and brochure.  The committee also oversees the BNSME website.  If you are a marketer, you will be able to hone your skills and practice your craft. Marketing Responsible for all marketing elements for the organization.  The committee works closely with our Communications committee to manage branding, public relations and both short and long term strategic marketing plans. Vice President - Dana Dee, Metro Networks, A Westwood One Co
Education One of the Key tenants of our SMEI Chapter, this committee is responsible for providing compelling educational content to our members and the community at large. Responsibilities include our annual Student Day in the Field event, DECA judging, education days and oversight of the SMEI Certification process, the only one in existence for Sales and Marketing professionals. BNSME Golf Outing Over the past 11 years this BNSME event is our principle fundraiser and we share proceeds with a very worthwhile cause:  Junior Achievement of WNY.  This committee is responsible for planning the event and securing sponsorships.  This is a great time and an excellent way to meet peer professionals throughout the community.
